Hatha

Hatha yoga is the basis of all yoga which incorporates the physical body. It links body, mind and breath. Great for beginners.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a warming, flowing style designed to systematically release tension held in the body, energizing and rejuvenating while bringing about a state of inner harmony.

Our Vinyasa classes integrate flowing breath and a sequence of postures starting with sun salutes, standing postures, balancing poses, back bends, core strength, hip openers, inversions and relaxation.

Mums & Bubs

Mums and Bubs yoga is a time to connect again with your body, bond with your baby and meet other new Mums.

Classes include poses to open the chest and improve posture, strengthen abdominals and tone the pelvic floor, as well as release tension in the lower back, neck and shoulders. For baby, we’ll look at movement to aid digestion and techniques to relax and calm the baby. All classes include meditation and relaxation techniques.

All levels of experience including absolute beginners welcome.

Please note: There is no expectation for your baby to “behave” in a certain way and you will be welcome to join in the class after it has started if you’re running a bit late! If you need to feed or change your baby during the class, that’s fine too!

All you need to bring is yourself, your baby, a blanket to put on your yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Pre-Natal

Pre natal yoga is a wonderful way to put time aside for your self and your growing baby. Our class will guide you through a series of gentle and modified postures that can help relieve some of the discomforts associated with pregnancy, increase energy levels, improve posture and balance, create optimal health, reduce emotional and physical stress and prepare you for birth.  Our Pre-Natal classes also teach breathing and relaxation techniques.

Restorative

These classes hold simple poses, often with the use of props for an extended period allowing the body to soften, relax and  move towards balance. All poses create specific physiological responses which are beneficial to health and can reduce the effects of stress-related disease. This class is recommend for those that are recovering from injury, feeling fatigued or stressed. A great way to finish your weekend!
