Massage I work as an electrician, which involves large amounts of heavy lifting, long periods of time in awkward positions and I'm on my feet all day. One session with Kumiko and I feel relaxed and flexible again. I've been coming to Zensara for three years and having regular remedial massages with Sarah. The spa has been beautifully fitted out and Sarah truly does have "magic hands". Coming here is a great way to unwind after a long, stressful week, and she certainly knows how to sort out my legs after I've done too much running. It hurts so good! Can I just say that Wafa is the best replacement for Sarah, ever! Honestly, hands of magic, knows all the right spots! Unbelievable! I had to give her a hug so you know I am telling the truth! Amazing! Gotta give that woman a pay rise! (Ha, ha.) I heartily recommend Wafa, the massage therapist. Wafa has the touch and ability to relax one. Gorgeous work! Wafa was my therapist and I specifically requested her. Why? Her pressure of massage, her touch, her attention to detail, and my eyebrow shaping is the best I have ever had. I love coming to Zensara! The ladies treat me so wonderfully. I have been coming to Zensara for about three years, before the name even changed to Zensara. Sarah's healing hands are wonderful! After some excessive living had caught up with my body, Sarah's lymphatic drainage massage really helped the detox process and had me back to better body balance instantly. Sarah's remedial massage for decade-long sporting pains also had an immediate impact and had me walking out the door better than I'd felt in years. Sarah is a wonderful practitioner and I unhesitatingly recommend her for all massage needs. I have been seeing Sarah since 16 August, 2007. Over the last 10 weeks she has changed my life! With a combination of chiropractic and remedial massage, my migraines have gone away. Before I came to see Sarah I was sick for three months straight. Now with the combination of massage techniques Sarah uses, I am seeing my chiropractor less and feeling like a new person. You tell her what's wrong and she always hits the spot! I can't help but give her a hug after each session, as each time I come to Zensara, I leave feeling relaxed and for six weeks now, I have been migraine-free. I also found Sarah to be very trustworthy. A lot of massage places tell you what you want to hear but Sarah tells you exactly what you need to hear to get better. I recommend Zensara to everyone. Do yourself a favour and make that appointment! As a young tradesman who works full time and studies nights, I find very little time to relax or revive. Zensara's remedial massage is the perfect way for me to get away from it all and loosen up. Sarah says I'm a model patient. I started off with a very stiff back and painful knots in my arms from years of sitting at a computer all day. After seeing Sarah once or twice a week for remedial massage for several weeks, my back has loosened up and the knots in my arms are all but gone. I'm now coming once a month for maintenance and I feel fantastic! Kathy is also a wonderful massage therapist. I would recommend Zensara to anyone else looking to address years of computer strain.
