About the package

The Winter Detox Package is designed to alleviate respiratory problems and muscular aches and pains. It is a good general tonic for when we are feeling sluggish in winter.

Our infra-red sauna is much safer than a conventional sauna with coals. It operates at a lower temperature, therefore it is safe for you to stay in for longer. The infra-red rays in our sauna are the same as those used in some medical equipment. They penetrate the tissue more effectively, which is why they assist in relieving aches and pains.
