We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for all treatments, otherwise 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. This policy also applies to bookings made less than 24 hours before the treatment time. On Mondays and public holidays, treatments must be pre-paid, and even if 24 hours cancellation notice is given, a cancellation fee may still be applicable. This also applies to gift certificates, pre-paid treatments, and treatment cards.
